I was a very busy bee in the kitchen this weekend. On Saturday night, I made yummy cheesy shrimp grits (recipe found via Simply Photo). Then on Sunday night, I made pizza dough using this super easy recipe from the Tamra Davis Cooking Show (recipe found via Raising Foodies) and topped it with organic tomato basil pasta sauce, a handful of roasted tomato chunks from Molly's book, giant rounds of high-quality pepperoni, slices of fresh mozzarella, and basil harvested from my windowsill. It was yummy yummy, and I'm looking forward to experimenting with more toppings!

Saturday (and Sunday) night yumm!
